Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Sesigo Hive platform, including the website, mobile application, and the Hive Market marketplace (collectively, the "Platform"), operated by Sesigo Hive Group (Pty) Ltd("Sesigo Hive", "we", "us").

By creating an account, browsing the Platform, or making a purchase, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you must not use the Platform.

Sesigo Hive is a sports league management platform for Botswana football, providing:

• ·Club, player, and fixture management tools for team managers
• ·Referee assignment and officiating record tools
• ·Regional Football Association (RFA) administration tools
• ·Public league statistics, standings, news, match reports, and highlights
• ·Hive Market — a marketplace where independent vendors list and sell sporting goods, apparel, and clinic/medical products to fans and clubs
• ·Fan community features, including polls, posts, and search

• ·You must provide accurate, current information when registering and keep it up to date.
• ·Role-based accounts (manager, vendor, referee, RFA, clinic admin) are subject to admin review and approval before activation.
• ·You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account.
• ·Users under 18 may only register with the involvement of a parent, guardian, or club manager, consistent with club registration practice.
• ·We may suspend or reject any registration that contains false, misleading, or fraudulent information.

You agree not to:

• ·Upload false match results, statistics, or player records
• ·Impersonate any person, club, vendor, or official body
• ·Attempt to gain unauthorised access to accounts, dashboards, or data outside your assigned role
• ·List counterfeit, unsafe, or prohibited items in Hive Market
• ·Use the Platform to transmit spam, malware, or unlawful content
• ·Circumvent payment, verification, or rate-limiting mechanisms

• ·Independent sellers — Vendors listed on Hive Market are independent businesses, not employees or agents of Sesigo Hive. Product descriptions, pricing, stock, and quality are the vendor's sole responsibility.
• ·Platform role — Sesigo Hive provides the technology to list products, process orders, and facilitate payment; it is not a party to the contract of sale between buyer and vendor.
• ·Clinic/medical products — Items listed under the Clinic Store are supplied by affiliated healthcare/clinic partners and are subject to the additional handling terms described in our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
• ·Vendor accounts may be suspended for repeated order disputes, counterfeit goods, or failure to fulfil confirmed orders.

• ·All prices are displayed in Botswana Pula (BWP) and are inclusive of any applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
• ·Payments are processed through licensed third-party payment gateways, including BTC Mobile Money (SMEGA) and DPO Pay. Sesigo Hive does not store your mobile money PIN or full card details — these are transmitted directly and securely to the payment processor.
• ·An order is only confirmed once payment has been successfully verified by the relevant gateway.
• ·In the event of a duplicate charge, failed transaction, or payment dispute, see our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

Delivery of Hive Market orders is governed by our Delivery & Shipping Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

• ·The Sesigo Hive name, logo, platform design, and underlying software are the property of Sesigo Hive Group (Pty) Ltd and may not be copied, reproduced, or reused without written permission.
• ·Content you upload (club logos, player photos, vendor product images) remains your property, but you grant Sesigo Hive a non-exclusive licence to display it on the Platform for the purpose of operating the service.
• ·Match statistics, standings, and public league data may be cited with attribution to Sesigo Hive.

• ·The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
• ·Sesigo Hive is not liable for losses arising from vendor product quality, delayed vendor fulfilment, or disputes between buyers and independent vendors — these are mediated in good faith but the underlying contract is between buyer and vendor.
• ·To the maximum extent permitted by Botswana law, our total liability for any claim arising from use of the Platform is limited to the amount you paid for the specific order or subscription giving rise to the claim.
• ·Nothing in these Terms limits liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any liability that cannot be excluded under Botswana law.

• ·We may suspend or terminate any account that breaches these Terms, provides fraudulent information, or engages in abusive conduct toward other users, vendors, or staff.
• ·You may request deletion of your account at any time in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
• ·Provisions relating to intellectual property, liability, and dispute resolution survive termination of your account.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Botswana. Any dispute arising from these Terms or use of the Platform will first be addressed through good-faith negotiation via info.sesigohive@gmail.com, and failing resolution, submitted to the courts of Botswana.

We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our services, legal requirements, or payment gateway obligations. The "Last updated" date above reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
